NOW UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP - Grif's Seaside Crab House is an Oceanfront Restaurant, located on the World Famous Seaside Heights, New Jersey Boardwalk. We are centrally located above the Aztec Hotel and across from the Casino Pier. We offer both indoor and outdoor dining with a panoramic ocean view 7 Days a from June 27 through Labor Day.

Chef John Grifo, voted One of the Top 25 Chefs in Southern New Jersey, by Atlantic City Magazine, is cooking up great things as usual.  Formerly of Long Beach Island, John chose The Jersey Shore’s Seaside Heights Boardwalk as his perfect location for a Crab House Restaurant.  Overlooking the Atlantic with panoramic views, there’s nothing like eating freshly caught seafood and sharing cocktails with friends.  Enjoy our dining room with floor to ceiling windows or our outdoor Tiki Deck, where you can feel the ocean breeze and listen to live music.

John Grifo, along with his family, who opened Grif’s in May, is a well respected Chef who has won several awards for his outstanding culinary achievements.  He is the Chowderfest King, taking Grand Prize for both Manhattan and New England Clam Chowder seven years in a row.  He also had the privilege of cooking for former President Clinton and other dignitaries.  John’s been cooking for over 25 years, and still finds every day exciting.  He’s always creating new flavors to enjoy.  Come in and try his Pan Seared Chilean Sea Bass with a Vanilla Bean, Balsamic Demi Glaze Reduction, or maybe his Coconut Tuna Bites with Raspberry Chipolte Sauce or of course, his Old Bay Style Blue Claw Crabs, after all, it is a Crab House.  And for those of you who prefer to keep your feet on the shore, we offer a selection of Chicken and Steak, including Grilled Chicken Breast with a Fresh Home made Mango Salsa, Filet Mignon with Tarragon Butter and a Black Angus Burger with the works.
